Caregivers often feel like they are all alone but as a member of the “caregiving club” with 65 million fellow caregivers across the nation, you are not alone.

For National Friendship Day on August 5, we help you find the balance between self-care and caregiving by showing you how to reach out to ask for and accept help. Many friends want to lend that helping hand. Many others are going through similar caregiving situations and can be that shoulder you can cry on or that “vault” to whom you can tell your true feelings.
